What value does the order have to be for free shipping?

From this amount onwards, postage is free.

What are the shipping costs if the order does not reach the minimum value for free shipping?

It depends on the area:

Mainland Spain: 7,00 €. 
Palma de Mallorca: 10,00 €. 
Rest of Balearic Islands: 16,00 €.

Portugal: 10 €.

Andorra: 10,00 € (shipments to Andorra are subject to a customs charge of 23,00 €)

Bank transfer or deposit

There is a 2% surcharge on the value of the order.

Cash on delivery

There is a charge of 3% of the order value with a minimum of 3,00 € (payment method only valid for deliveries in Spain).

When will my order be shipped?

If the payment method is by credit card, cash on delivery or paypal, and the order has been placed before 16:30 h from Monday to Thursday or before 13:30 h if it is Friday, it will leave our warehouse the same day. If the order is placed after these times, it will be dispatched the following day (if it is not a holiday or weekend).

If the payment method is by bank transfer or deposit, it will be delivered once we have received the payment in our bank account, following the same timetable policy.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your geographical location and the characteristics of the order, we will select the most appropriate transport agency.

For orders up to 45 kg, the shipment is made by courier company, in which case, the transit time for delivery depending on the destination is: 

Mainland Spain: 24-72 hours
Balearic Islands: 48-72 hours in Mallorca; for the rest of the islands an extra day.
Portugal: 48-72 hours.
Andorra: 24-48 hours.

In most cases, the shortest delivery time should be taken into account. 

The products are delivered properly prepared and packaged, you will receive your order protected by cardboard and/or plastic packaging depending on the characteristics of the order.

For orders over 45 kg, the shipment is carried out by a transport company. The transit time for delivery in these cases is longer, being approximately 2-5 days depending on the destination. Depending on the quantity of goods to be prepared, orders will be shipped in cardboard boxes or palletised. In these deliveries, the transport company is NOT obliged to deliver at the door of the home, deliveries are made on the street level.

No delivery on weekends or public holidays.

What happens if I am absent and cannot be handed over?

The transport company will leave a notice in your letterbox. A second delivery will be attempted the following day. If you prefer, you can contact us to arrange this delivery.

Can I return my order?

From the day of receipt of your order you have 14 calendar days to return the purchased products to us.

You must inform us by email or telephone.

You must be responsible for sending it to us by the means you deem appropriate. The product must arrive properly protected and in perfect condition, in which case we will refund you the amount of the order.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

First of all, please make sure that it is the product and not the packaging that has been damaged.

If the damage is confirmed, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the product to be replaced.

The replacement does not incur any cost for you.

There are differences between what I ordered and what I received, what do I do?

If you receive a different product to the one you ordered or if any of the products in your order are missing, please let us know immediately and we will deal with the incident quickly, replacing or replacing, as appropriate, the goods in question, all at no cost to you.

It is advisable to check the order before opening the packaging, since, if the product is open, we cannot process the exchange.
